Successful intelligence is about understanding people, cultures and areas of the world that are significantly different from our own. To keep our edge and protect our citizens’ freedom, both at home and abroad, the Intelligence Community (IC) looks to assemble a diverse workforce. We seek men and women of all ages, ethnic backgrounds and educational experience to fill positions within the IC.

We offer a number of programs for current undergraduate and graduate students that will enhance their educational goals and provide valuable work experience. We also regularly hire former military personnel, as well as those from the corporate and academic worlds.

Regardless of the path you pursue, the key is to focus your skills around a specific area of expertise. Individuals knowledgeable in technology, science, engineering, analysis, and foreign languages are highly desirable for IC careers. Once hired, we provide extensive in-house classroom and on-the-job training opportunities, so our employees’ knowledge is always current.
