NGA Tearline: Russia Reallocates Resources to Filtration Operations

In partnership with the University of Texas at Austin’s Global Disinformation Lab (GDIL)

This report builds on the knowledge base of Russia’s “filtration” system of displaced civilians in Ukraine previously reported in the Donetsk Oblast to identify other “filtration” spots outside the Donetsk to include the Crimean border region and others.
